getOauthAccessToken

Returns the OAuth2 (consent) access token used to authenticate OAuth2 endpoints such as GET /{productType}/oauth2/{apiVersion}/userinfo, or an empty string if not available or expired.

This is a distinct token from getAccessToken: it is obtained through the CIBA consent flow (bc-authorize → oauth2/token) and must be used in place of the regular API-user Bearer token on OAuth2 endpoints. Defaults to an empty string for implementations that do not use consent flows.
